Neutron Stars. Observations and theory.

We will discuss the phenomena of pulsar and its observational characteristics measured in astronomical observations. Next we will introduce the theoretical concept of neutron star as most probable explanation for the pulsar phenomena. We will explore the rich predicted structure of such objects and physical challenges of theoretical description. We will pay special attention to the unanswered questions of the composition of inner-most parts of neutron star.
