Planck Values as a limit of General Relativity

The seminar will be spited for two parts. In first the historical way of discover limit of Classical General Relativity will be presented. From general argument comes form observation presents theories in physics, in the second section the motivation of *Perturbation Background Independent Theory* will presented. The seminar will be closed by mentioned some results made by author.
