This symposium will take the form of virtual video-conference gathering old and young
scientific friends linked to the varied activities of Jerzy Lukierski - from conventional quantum field theory, supersymmetries, twistors, deformations to studies of quantum gravity (QG)
and noncommutative geometry. We wish to acknowledge his extraordinary contribution to the development of
theoretical physics for over six decades starting from his first research paper
"On a full geometrization of conservation laws in Gürsey's formalism",
Il Nuovo Cimento 13 (1959), 410-414,
until today.
The main topics of the present meeting are mostly related to activities of Jerzy Lukierski:
- QG effects as described by NC geometries
- QG models and the formalism of NC Riemmannian geometries
- Noncommutative field theory
- Quantum gravity
- Thirty years of κ - deformation
