Noncommutative spacetimes and their symmetries

I will try to explain what is the motivation for using noncommutative spacetimes as one of the approaches in 'quantising gravity' and this will constitute the bigger part of my seminar. At the very end I will briefly present some of our results concerning one of the examples of such noncommutative spacetime, the so called "kappa-Minkowski spacetime".
